- Installation of the GREENSPECTOR servers (For on-premise options)
The Core Server and the Power Test Bench Server are located within your network. You need to gather a proxy configuration (host, port, user, password) to communicate with the Monitoring and Update Center Server outside your network. You also need to get an SMTP server configuration (host, port, user, password) to send emails to users.

- License opening
Upon signing the delivery form, the license is considered open. You may start using the GREENSPECTOR suite.
This is considered as day 1 of the license period in our standard License Agreement terms, and also day 1 of the Support and Maintenance Agreement.
You Your admin and/or our consultants give access to the tool to your users and create the Applications.
The Helpdesk is set up and ready to answer questions from your admin and (if we provide level 1 customer support) from your users.

- Integration
On the Users team’s site or remotely, and depending upon your existing tools and you existing processes, our consultants may integrate GREENSPECTOR tools deeper inside the team’s development process. This may include inserting it within existing testing tools such as Selenium, into their CI platform, and so on.

- Training and coaching
Our consultants train your users, teach them how to use the tools, and show them how to take advantage of their new capabilities.
We also train your referrers / admin people, so that they are able to fulfill fulfil their role.
