First enable the Developer Options menu by going into Settings / About phone, and tapping the build number 7 times. If it doesn't work, you can search "enable developer options" with your phone model on internet.
Then go into Settings / Developer Options, and enable USB debugging.

Chrome : Close Chrome. Go on settings / app / Chrome and clear all data on storage. On Welcome page, uncheck the 'help make chrome better ...' and click on 'Accept & continue' button. Then Turn off sync if a gmail account is detected. Then kill Chrome and reopen it and click on 'No, thanks' on Browse faster popup.
